   WARREN L. MARTIN, JR. 
     Attorney At Law 
     Attorney Warren L. Martin, Jr. graduated from the  University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, Mississippi where he earned a  Juris Doctor degree in 2004.  Previously,  Attorney Martin graduated from Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Arts  degree in Political Science earning a perfect 4.00 grade point average and  thereby receiving Summa Cum Laude distinction.   
       Upon finishing law school, Attorney Martin clerked  with the Mississippi Supreme Court under the direction of Justice James E.  Graves, Jr.  Afterwards, Attorney Martin  worked for the law firm of Sweet and Associates in Jackson, Mississippi where  he litigated hundreds of cases, many involving social and human rights  issues.  In January 2011, Attorney Martin  started the law firm of Warren L. Martin, Jr. & Associates in Jackson,  Mississippi and has been instrumental in developing “cause lawyering.”  He has represented hundreds of clients  against pro-profit institutions in Mississippi as well as sought to bring about  greater transparency on the state and federal benches.  Attorney Martin donates numerous hours of pro bonoservices  to the community annually. 
       In developing his legal career, Attorney Martin has  received bar admissions with the Mississippi State Courts, U.S. District Court  Northern District of Mississippi, U.S. Court Southern District of Mississippi,  and the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit.  As a practicing attorney, he currently holds  membership with the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers  Association, and the Mississippi Bar. Additionally, he is a member of the  Magnolia Bar Association, Hinds County Bar Association, and Mississippi Trial  Lawyers Association. Attorney Martin has been recognized both locally and  nationally for his outstanding achievements in the legal field and serving his  community. 
       Attorney Martin is married to Ericka O. Martin,  Ph.D. and has two beautiful children:  Erin  Olivia Martin and Warren Louis Martin, III.   He professes a love for Jesus Christ and lives a Christ-centered  existence.  He is a deacon at the Greater  Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson, Mississippi.
