The great abolitionist Fredrick Douglass once said, “If there is no struggle, then there is no progress.”  Douglass went on to state, “The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”  Even today, many people are faced with struggles which seem magnanimous or insurmountable.  Despite our nation’s financial woes, big companies continue to put profits above people, and corporate salaries above core values. Some companies earn millions of dollars annually by clever schemes designed to cheat and exploit consumers. My law firm has been built upon the Douglass philosophy that the limits of corporate tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those consumers who fight back.   I have had the great pleasure of representing hundreds of students who decided to have their voices heard when they fought against a for profit institution.  I have seen the satisfaction and redemption of family members who have confronted rogue companies for wrongdoing.  I have prayed with victims of medical malpractice.  I understand the dynamics that force oppressors to change. My firm is committed to furthering numerous public interests for the good of a greater society.  It is only when consumers have the same voice, standing, and power of a giant corporation does the American dream become a reality for all.  When it matters most, consider allowing my firm to stand with you.
